1. The EXPO is a one (1) day event scheduled for Saturday, July 22, from 11:00 am - 3:00 p.m. Central Time. 

2. All booths are free. However, space is limited and we will close registration once all booths have been filled. 

3. Booth space will be pre-assigned and indoors. One 6-ft table and two chairs will be provided and set-up for each Vendor. It is the Vendor’s responsibility to set-up additional items. 

4. Electrical outlets are limited and will be assigned according to submission order. 

5. Vendors will be allowed to set up their booths (on the day of the EXPO) beginning at 9:30 am., and all booths will need to be set up by 10:45 a.m. 

6. Each vendor will receive a map and parking details two days before the EXPO.
