Join us for a day of health, wellness, and community—all completely free! Whether you're looking for health screenings, wellness resources, family activities, or practical tips to live a healthier life, the Community Health & Wellness Expo brings together trusted organizations and local experts to support every stage of your wellness journey.
New This Year: Live Wellness Workshops
Take a break from visiting vendors and join one of our FREE 20-minute wellness workshops led by local health and fitness professionals. Each session is designed to provide practical tips you can start using right away—whether you're looking to improve your nutrition, stay active, or prioritize your mental well-being.
Workshop Schedule
11:30 AM – Nutrition Essentials
Simple, realistic nutrition tips to help you make healthier choices every day.
12:15 PM – Fitness Basics
Learn easy exercises and stretches you can do at home—perfect for all fitness levels, including seniors.
1:00 PM – Mental Wellness
Discover practical strategies for managing stress, supporting emotional well-being, and building healthy daily habits.
All workshops are free and open to attendees. No registration is required.

2026 VENDOR DETAILS
The Community Health & Wellness EXPO is a one-day, free public event taking place on:
Saturday, July 25, 2026
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Central Time)
Vendors should plan for a total time commitment of approximately 4.5 hours, including setup and breakdown.
Booth Details

Vendor booths are free of charge, however space is limited.

Registration will close once all vendor spaces have been filled.

Booths will be indoors and pre-assigned.
Each vendor will receive:

One (1) 6-ft table

Two (2) chairs
-
Vendors are responsible for bringing and setting up any additional materials or displays.
Setup & Logistics

Vendor setup will begin at 9:30 AM

All booths must be fully set up by 10:45 AM

Electrical outlets are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis

A detailed event map and parking information will be shared two days prior to the EXPO

Vendor space is limited. Your submission DOES NOT guarantee a space at the July 26, 2026 Community Health & Wellness EXPO. If approved, your organization will receive an email confirmation by or before June 30, 2026.
