Virtual Health Disparity Reports

From The Field

The primary goal of the HBCU Wellness Project is to leverage educational and service-oriented resources at HBCUs to positively impact the health and well-being of Tennessee residents. Our COVID-19 Outreach and Engagement Program, a partnership with the Tennessee Department of Health, will involve partnering with community based organizations, churches, federally qualified health centers or agencies for outreach to local communities.
